Grapey aroma, Pinot berry, no loud tones, a hint of carbonic acid on the palate, but also a lot of power: volume, substance, juicy acidity, spicy fruit, mineral notes. Great length. A fairly mature rosé: rich in extract and full-bodied, ideal as a food companion.
