Ethereal and savoury on the nose, allspice, spruce needle, salmiak, sour cherries, light and dark wild berries, nougat chocolate. Also delicately spicy on the palate, the alcohol is well integrated in fresh fruit, fine-grained tannins, perfect for convivial barbecues.
