The sweet and dessert wine Saarburg Rausch Riesling Kabinett, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Forstmeister Geltz-Zilliken has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Delicately fresh aroma, grapefruit peel, lime zest, orange blossom, subtle smoke and some flint. Ripe, fresh acidity on the palate, tension, fresh citrus fruit, ripe apple, flowing sweetness, delicate and elegant, good length, remains very fine.
