An intense woody note defines the aromas, along with notes of liquorice, prune, Amarena cherry and black pepper. Initially creamy and supple on the palate, followed by an intense, but also velvety, fine-grained tannin structure, mild, seamlessly integrated acidity, balances the slightly oily texture. A Swabian-Mediterranean style.
