Medium golden yellow colour, green reflexes. Delicate blossom honey, hints of meadow herbs, subtle wood savouriness, passion fruit and orange blossom. Taut, fruity, delicate notes of caramel, a touch of tangerine, hints of peppermint, light hints of nougat, lively acidity, a powerful food wine.
