Medium yellow-green in colour. Smoky on the nose, with some fine herbal savouriness, fully ripe yellow apple, mango and pears. There's something more exotic too, as well as a mineral touch. Juicy on the palate with powerful texture and a core of fresh yellow apple, backed by a fine acid structure. Some delicate peppery nuances and a mineral, salty finish round things off. It's already harmonious, with good ageing potential and great length. A versatile food companion.
