The white wine Riesling DAC Reserve Erste ÖTW Lage Steinmassl, vintage 2010 from the winery Weingut Fred Loimer has been rated in 2011 with 93 - 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Kamptal in Austria.
Light yellow green colour, silver reflections. Fine, inviting hints of stone fruit, delicate yellow fruit nuances, smoky minerality, a multi-faceted bouquet. Full-bodied, tightly woven, fresh citrus fruit, racy structure, crisp and fresh, green apple on the finish, still very underdeveloped on the finish, the acidity dominates, it still needs time to harmonise, fine mineral notes on the finish. It has very good future potential, although patience is required here.
