Tasting Notes
Medium golden yellow with silver reflections, and a fine, persistent mousse. Ripe apple fruit with subtle nutty undertones, delicate blossom honey and candied orange zest underlaid with fine nougat: a pleasant, mature bouquet. Complex, fresh white stone fruit, tightly structured, finesse-rich acidity and a salty-lemony finish. Long-lasting and makes a great food companion. Very youthful, and has ageing potential.
