Tasting Notes
Reminiscent of petrol and caramel, apple chips. This does not detract from the good first impression. However, the palate is struggling at the moment because the fruit, acidity and tannins don't want to come together. Will they ever?
More about the tastingComplex, fresh, spicy aroma: citrus, floral, herbal tones. Also a hint of overripeness. Comparatively mild on the palate, yet under tension, medium density, has the character of a vineyard and a certain fullness typical of the vintage. Still youthful.
