The red wine »Cuvée Black« trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut am Fürstweg has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Spätburgunder, Dunkelfelder, Dornfelder from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
In the aroma there are red and black currant, sour cherry, yeast. On the palate, tannin extracted with a sense of proportion, a lot of juiciness, fine nerve and a natural fruit. This is a sympathetically matched cuvée, in France we would say a type "entr' amis".
