Tasting Notes

92
Tasting from 11.11.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Herbal and slightly savoury, with notes of vineyard peach, lime zest and dried sage. Compact structure on the palate, again with a fine spice balancing the juicy acidity and chalky minerality that is well embedded in a soft, plump texture. The fine sweetness provides volume but without compromising the tension.
