Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Underlaid with fine herbal spice, black berry fruit, a hint of liquorice, subtle vegetal nuances. Medium complexity, dark fruit, present, somewhat demanding tannins, not yet completely harmonious, some bitter chocolate on the finish.
