A delicately cloudy medium golden yellow in colour. Pomaceous fruit to the fore on the nose, with some smoky, herbal and spice notes underlaying ripe yellow tropical fruit such as papaya and mango and some candied orange zest. The palate is juicy with a core of white apple paired with a fresh acidity structure. Ripe apricot shows on the lingering finish, with a salty-lemony aftertaste.
