Tasting Notes

Tasting from 16.03.2018: Peter Moser

Medium golden yellow colour with orange reflections. Ripe yellow fruit nuances, a hint of dried plums, orange confit, delicate nutty notes, multi-faceted bouquet. Taut, subtle sweetness, firm, mineral texture, lemony touch, white apple, salty aftertaste, fine rancio note on the finish, a versatile yet light-footed food wine.
