Pale yellow-green in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, a fresh bouquet of fine yellow apple fruit, delicate cardamom, and subtle herbal spice. The palate is fresh, stimulating and mineral, with lively acidity, and white stone fruit on the finish, already very drinkable.
