Medium yellow green colour. Intense savouriness, dark Stollwerck chocolate aroma underpinned by ripe pear fruit, delicate savouriness, fine toasty notes, opens well with aeration. Very elegant, pronounced fruit, appears light-footed, fine acidity, fine caramel on the finish, mineral salty aftertaste, it hides its muscles well. It is very promising, although it needs time, and will continue to grow, and is already refined and delicate.
