Light yellow-green with silver reflections. On the nose there are aromas of delicate white apple, a floral touch, a hint of fresh orange zest and meadow herbs. The palate is juicy, tight-knit and lively, with a fine yeastiness and white stone fruit nuances; taut and salty, a lean style with a lemony touch. Definite ageing potential.
