The red wine Devonschiefer R Spätburgunder trocken, vintage 2013 from the winery Weingut H. J. Kreuzberg has been rated in 2016 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Ahr in Germany.
Initially developed on the nose, fig, dark berry compote, still firm on the palate, with strong, taut tannins, nerve, definitely has pressure in the middle of the palate, but is currently rather medium-bodied in length and refinement. There is undoubtedly substance and potential.
