The red wine Eichgraben, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Hahnekamp-Sailer has been rated in 2017 by Peter Moser with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Leithaberg in Austria.
Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Intense black berry fruit, a hint of cassis, precious wood spice, ripe plums. Juicy, elegant, extract-sweet texture, present tannins, chocolaty touch, mineral, subtle sweetness on the finish.
