Some yeast and ripe yellow fruit, Mirabelle and canned pineapple. In the mouth, the wine has an almost Riesling-like structure, lively acidity and noticeable sweetness. Some carbon dioxide reinforces the impression of freshness. The wine finishes juicy and savoury.
