Salmon pink in the glass. Fragrant nose of strawberries, raspberries and herbal savouriness, subtly peppery. A substantial palate, juicy fruit carried by delicate ripeness, well-integrated acidity, refreshing carbonic acid, fine spice, well balanced, coherent in itself.
