Tasting Notes
Dark ruby garnet with an opaque core, purple reflections and a touch of brightening at the rim. The nose brings woody savouriness and black berry fruit, as well as some nougat and tobacco nuances, yet is still restrained. Complex, juicy and powerful on the palate thanks to ripe, sweet tannins supporting a core of chocolaty black heart cherries. A mineral-lemon touch in the aftertaste freshens the palate, which has good length. A full-bodied food companion.
