Tasting Notes
Pale yellow, green hints. Delicately smoky on the nose, with a dark minerality, hints of grapefruit and gooseberry confit and a subtle peppery herbal note. Powerful but by no means opulent on the palate, notes of white tropical fruit, full of finesse, a rich acidic structure and a touch of lemon on the finish, very good length. Needs time to develop, decanting is recommended.
