The white wine »Selection SR« Scherzinger Chardonnay trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Heinemann has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Baden in Germany.
On the nose, aromas of mountain flowers, corn tossed in butter and a touch of yeast. On the palate, ripe and present acidity, somewhat reminiscent of a red wine. Creamy with a touch of caramel, slightly grainy tannin, savouriness, medium tension, well balanced yet rather oval in structure.
