Wood mint and sponge aromas emerge from the glass, as well as iodine, corn, coffee and ripe nashi pears. Juicy, creamy, with lively acidity and a fine phenolic grip, animating and aromatic with its ethereal herbal savouriness and exquisite minerality that carry through to the finish.
