Tasting from 01.06.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Ripe apple, stone fruit such as Mirabelle plum and some pear on the ripe nose, yellow flowers, a hint of honeycomb. On the palate, the animating acidity provides momentum and transports the fruity sweetness. Again notes of apple and stone fruit, as well as fine spice and tartness on the finish.
