It has a pale golden yellow colour, with silver reflections. On the nose there are lovely yellow tropical fruit nuances, delicate notes of apricot and honeydew melon, and a hint of blossom honey. It is juicy, with a ripe apple flavour, lovely fruit sweetness, a well-integrated acidity, white pepper, and a salty minerality on the finish. It is a complex food wine with ageing potential.
