This has a light greenish yellow colour, with silver reflections. There are delicate nuances of fresh stewed apple, and discreet white berry confit: it is an individualistic bouquet. It is juicy, with lovely pear fruit, fresh acidity, and a subtle fruit sweetness on the finish. It is currently more convincing on the palate than on the nose.
