Tasting Notes

Tasting from 04.09.2007

Medium yellow-green. Delicate blossom honey on the nose, fine vegetal spice, nuances of sweet peas, fully ripe peaches. Somewhat soft on the palate, hints of extract sweetness, melting in the texture, ripe yellow fruit on the finish, already accessible, only medium length at the moment.
