Smoky, subtly reductive bouquet with nutty hints of tobacco, fine yellow apple fruit underneath, some meadow herbs, orange zest in the background. On the palate this is complex, taut, elegant, with white fruit nuances, finessed structure, mineral and tightly-knit, already shows enormous length, certain ageing potential, light-footed and with depth.
