The red wine K7, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Höpler has been rated in 2017 by Peter Moser with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Blaufränkisch, Syrah, Merlot from the region Leithaberg in Austria.
It has a dark ruby colour, with purple reflections, and a delicate bright rim. On the nose there is fine blackberry fruit, black cherry, a discreet touch of fine oak, as well as mineral nuances. It is juicy, elegant, with fresh blackberry fruit, integrated tannins, and a subtle fruit expression on the finish. It is a stimulating food wine.
