The white wine Weinviertel DAC Reserve, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Hofbauer-Schmidt has been rated in 2016 by Peter Moser with 91 - 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grüner Veltliner from the region Weinviertel in Austria.
Light greenish yellow, silver reflections. Ripe tropical fruit with some meadow herbs, a hint of mango, delicate orange zest, vineyard peach. Juicy, elegant, integrated acidity structure, dark minerality on the finish, yellow apple in the aftertaste, lingers well, can be used individually.
