Aroma of ripe red apple, core, pear, almond paste, fine savouriness, a hint of smoke, plus fine citrus aromas. On the palate it shows with well-tempered acidity, nice grip, gripping and fresh, apple, quince, some lime juice, fresh, direct style, very gluggable.
