Radiant salmon pink in the glass. Red wild berries on the nose, quince, orange peel, rosehip peel, rose petals. Tingling freshness and juicy fruit on the palate, fine mousse, subtle sweetness, harmoniously balanced and well chilled as an aperitif on the terrace or for socialising at the table.
