The white wine Stetten Pulvermächer Riesling Kabinett, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Idler has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 89 - 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Yellow fruit such as apricot and Mirabelle plum on the nose, also ripe gooseberry and banana with floral notes. Picks up speed on the palate with a lively acidity that plays nicely with the sweetness. Fine phenolics grip, also mineral, citrusy on the finish with some lime and grapefruit. A prototype in the class of lively Kabinett wines. Animating, the bottle will be empty quickly.
