Lime and crushed rock opens the nose, roasted notes, salty popcorn, mango, yellow apple, pears, herbal savouriness, yellow curry, caraway seeds. Dense on the palate with good extract, texture, carried by serious acidity and savouriness, chalky minerality, with good tension and nice length.
