Light greenish yellow, silver reflections. Somewhat restrained on the nose with a touch of blossom honey, ripe stone fruit, candied orange zest and ripe apricot fruit in the background. Taut and tightly meshed with salty minerality, white peach fruit and a hint of lime on the finish. An elegant food wine.
