Tasting Notes
Light yellow-green, silver reflections. Inviting aroma of fresh quince, hints of dried pears, nuances of lychee and ripe kiwi, delicately underpinned with grapefruit zest. Powerful, pronounced fruit texture, taut, dark minerality, nuances of blood orange, salty touch on the finish as well as fine honey, very good length, still has many years ahead of it, herbal-spicy finish.
