Medium yellow-green. Papaya fruit underlaid with fine meadow herbs, a hint of honeydew melon, delicate nuances of baked apple. Juicy, elegant, finesse-rich structure, ripe tropical fruit on the finish, sweet extract in the aftertaste, good ageing potential.
