Tasting Notes
Bright shining yellow with silver reflexes. Still a little shy on the nose with fine yellow fruit notes, delicate passion fruit and lime zest and a mineral touch. Tight and close-meshed on the palate, white peach, elegant acidity, salty touch and seems almost light-footed on the finish. The residual sugar is skilfully disguised by its multilayered structure and it will benefit from bottle ageing.
