Tasting Notes

90+
Tasting from 03.09.2019: Ulrich Sautter

An aroma that is restrained in its intensity but savoury in its balance: cooked pear, salted liquorice, rock dust. Lean and juicy, hearty on the palate with a vital acid nerve, light-bodied typical of a Kabinett, yet with substance and very good length. Delicately tactile and mineral on the palate.
