On the nose this auslese from the Lenchen has very bright aroma notes to offer, of vivid apple, lemon peel, and some elderflower. On the palate the wine is highly viscous, with a little ginger flavour, as well as mustard flour, apple, white peach, and a clean botrytis character. it is still extremely young.
