It is a wine made from the grape varieties Spätburgunder, Schwarzriesling from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
The aroma is yeasty and savoury, with notes of brioche and almond paste. The palate has plenty of juice, a fine acidity, a fine, balanced and a rather restrained mousse; a hint of sweetness finely balances the elegant acidity. A great aperitif and also a good accompaniment to food.
