Tasting from 01.06.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Clear Riesling aroma of peach and apricot, also passion fruit, tangerine and tangerine peel, hints of stony, savoury notes. Juicy and with sweet stone fruit on the palate, especially apricot, the ripe acidity is well woven in. Full-bodied and texture, with mineral notes in the background.
