This has a medium yellow green colour, with silver reflections. There are aromas of white apple fruit with some herbal savouriness, delicate notes of guava, and a hint of mandarin zest. It is juicy, elegant, with a fine structure, a solty minerality, and yellow apple notes on the finish. It is long lasting, and is already easy to drink.
