Tasting Notes
Light green yellow in colour. Fine rather delicate apple fruit, a hint of honeydew melon, fine smoky spiciness, still somewhat reserved, a fine bouquet. Firm body, characterised by minerality, tightly woven, juicy fruit underneath, discreet sweetness, countered by a racy acidity, fruit rich finish, very good persistence. It has an obvious varietal character, and has certain future potential.
More about the tastingMedium yellow-green. Delicate peppery spice, yellow tropical fruit, pineapple, papaya, a hint of mango, a touch of minerality. Juicy, tightly structured, and complex, with delicate natural sweetness, lively acidity, and notes of yellow stone fruit on the finish; lingers very well, with solid aging potential.
