Tasting Notes
Pale golden yellow, silver reflections, fine, persistent mousse. Delicately smoky aromas, with herbal-spicy notes, pineapple and mango, a mineral touch. Complex and taut on the palate, notes of white stone fruit and lemon, very racy, subtle nutty nuances on the salty-animating finish. Still extremely youthful, will benefit from further maturation. (deg. 10/23).
