Tasting Notes
Disgorged 11/2024. Pale yellow, green hints, silver-coloured reflections, very fine, persistent mousse. Fresh aromas, nutty nuances, notes of meadow herbs and white apple, hints of baked goods and candied mandarin zest. Taut and tightly woven on the palate, a touch of nougat, a fresh acidic structure and hints of walnut on the dry finish. A versatile style.
