Tasting from 01.06.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Apricot and peach in a beautiful and fruity fragrance with fine floral hints. On the palate, the full-bodied and yellow-fruity sweetness is carried and contrasted by the vivid acidity, quite ripe fruit in the middle of the palate, peach and papaya, balanced and rich, with the mineral accent of the site.
