Tasting Notes
A classic nose with mango and green gooseberry, as well as some savoury herbal notes of bell pepper and grass. It's similarly savoury on the palate, with some mango on show again wrapped up in the firm structure. There's a little wood tannin to suspport the juicy and creamy texture. Nothing not too sweet, a vivid acidity, and long finish - this has certain ageing potential.
